From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Marcella, to the spotless and fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The top decking seating area was the perfect place to relax at night. The villa even provided high chairs, cots, and baby gates for our little ones. The gardens were immaculate with great quality sun loungers and a shaded seating area. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with en suites, and the air conditioning throughout was perfect. The games room and smart TV kept the kids entertained, and the pool was a fantastic size, cleaned daily, and provided inflatables and toys. The outdoor relaxing space and kitchen were great for evenings, and the location, with Lidl across the road and a few restaurants nearby, was convenient. Marcella and her assistant Sandra were attentive and answered all our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better family holiday!

The televisions and Wi-Fi were in perfect working order, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The outdoor BBQ area was a convenient addition. Marcela, our contact, was attentive and answered all of our questions before our travel. She and her assistant Sandra were always available to assist us during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome pack that included bread, milk, fruit, tea, and coffee. The spacious and clean villa was ideal for our family of six and had plenty of room for family time and individual pursuits. The games room and well-equipped gym were fantastic amenities that we didn't get a chance to fully enjoy. The pool, set in a beautiful garden, was a great size and had convenient steps at the shallow end and a ladder at the deep end. The provided pool inflatables were a nice touch. We appreciated the proximity of a Lidl store, which allowed us to easily get everything we needed for the week. We also had a fantastic taxi service recommended by the villa, which was reliable and prompt. We especially loved visiting VilaMoura, where we enjoyed a boat trip and paragliding, and the nearby restaurant called the Chicken Shack, which served delicious food at an affordable price. our family had an amazing time at this villa and would love to return in the future.
